You can download the latest version of the Zoom client from here:

The latest version, 5, works on XP SP3. I was able to video chat with my Android tablet (IOS version also available). This is probably the only video chat/conferencing software that still works with XP. You can create an account with your email (free accounts are limited to 40 minutes). They have web clients too but I couldn't get it to work with XP no matter what browser I tried.
In this time of social distancing it's good that there is still a viable video chat solution that works on practically any platform even our XP.
