    Hello,

I am running a network with all XP machines. They are all in the same workgroup. I have a shared Sage Act database on BoxA.

On BoxB, when I am logged in using the Administrator account, I am able to access the database file.

However, on BoxB when I am logged in as User1, which has administrator access, I am NOT able to access to database file. I receive a permissions error. How can I access the database file as User1?

    Please advise, thanks in advance!

give user1 permission, right click on folder, choose properties, choose security tab, click add, click advanced, click find now , highlight the user1, click add, apply, and ensure the box for full control is checked, apply again if applicable and click ok
