XP SP3; task mgr processes tab shows "geclmcsq" @ 99%

XP Windows Task Manager Processes tab Shows "geclmcsq"-[a prefetch.exe file]

constantly varying between 99/88/74/66/99% CpuCycles...

(by dumb intuition this= EXCESSIVE Cpu Cycles? By human acquired sense of timing, the O.A. system Operation seems to: do a little, pause a lot, do a little paws alot, pause-repeated ad infinitum. Deleted the process, but it's back in a fraction of a second... Found & deleted the whole Prefetch file folder @“C:\Windows \120816”. geclmcsq keeps coming back at 99% cpu cycles.

[sweat pours down, hands shake, teeth clenched-don’t want to re-start meds.] help, pls,, anyone?…except POTUS
no-help steps: HDsk defrag, Inet searched: "get client mcsq" returned ~ Media mktg. SQuared associated with Google, SO deleted everything "Google" that XPsearch found on my system.
