If only it was that simple.
First of all, photograph your Motherboard and post the picture of it. This will help identify your motherboard and hardware and industrial setting.

I am presuming you are using the onboard graphics, as this is an industrial machine in a factory isn’t it?

If it isn’t. Then I really don’t have a clue why you are using XP embedded Service Pack 2. You would be far better off downloading a copy of Windows 7 Professional.

Things to note and do. Points in order of least resistance.

1. Your motherboard has more drivers for Windows 7 (This is because the motherboard you have listed was actually designed for Windows 7 up. It just uses Windows 7 Drivers for XP)

Therefore, I suggest you download Windows Embedded Standard 7 It’s here:

https://archive.org/details/standard-7-sp-1-32bit-ibw

Then search on the web for all the updates and install those.

2. Going back to XP if you must.
The Other devices listed in your photo are covered by the drivers I sent link to.

Ethernet Controller is the Network-i225 i226 Win7

SM Bus Controller is the Chipset-G41 VH-Win 7 8

Video Controller (VGA Compatible) is the VGA-G41 VH-Win7 X86

I hope this helps, but I will need photo’s for further advice.

3. Lastly. To disable drivers. This can sometimes be done in the bios, or on the motherboard by 2 pin connector For instance your VGA output. You could always use a different graphics card and disable onboard.

Thanks for your help.
It is for a computerized wood saw in a factory yes. The controller card and software can only run on xp Sadly. No display card used.

I note that you have to run Controller software that will only run on Windows XP

This motherboard was designed for Windows 7 and up.

If this motherboard has ever run correctly in the past, someone used the drivers from the website I provided you. There are no other drivers. You will need to install Windows 7 drivers that I listed.

Alternatively you will need to contact the company that provided the Computerised Wood Saw, or the previous employee that set it all up.

Another option is to try and install the controller software over Windows 7 Embedded.

How are you in this position?

Did the Computerised Wood Saw work, when it was delivered?

Have you been provided the Computerised Wood Saw software on CD?

Could you describe what happened when you tried installing the drivers I linked to?

Did any work?

Did none Work?

As I have explained before. You can use a different graphics card slotted into PCI express and disable onboard graphics in the bios.

I have spent a considerable amount of time hunting for any kind of motherboard manual. There is none. The support for this Motherboard is very poor. I guess they installed the cheapest they could get away with. Maybe the motherboard manual came with the motherboards the company who sold you this bought.

I am afraid this is all the help I can offer.

I hope this helps.

Thank you very much indeed for your trouble. I really appreciate it. I am going to go with the win 7 option and see what happens. I will share the results with you when done. Thank you
