Is there any way to permanently change the default settings in Word 2003?
what do you want to change?? if you go to add/remove , hightlight office, and click change, you will be asked to insert your cd and then you will be asked if you want to remove, repair, or modify
When I print out photos from Google I right click on 'copy', open Word 2003, click 'paste', click & hold on corner of photo, draw it down to full page size, click 'page layout', click on 'narrow', click on 'picture tools', adjust shade & brightness, then print. I have to go through this tiresome process every time, and as I usually add about 20 photos to my collection every day, its getting old fast! I'd like to defeat the default settings so that the margins are always set at narrow, shade is always at 30%, etc., at least until I change them.
why do you do this with word?? just copy the photo to my pictures folder, and open with the Microsoft Picture Manager?? =============== http://www.techrepublic.com/blog/mi...lt-paste-setting-to-save-yourself-some-steps/ http://www.techrepublic.com/blog/10...s-you-can-customize-to-work-the-way-you-want/ http://projectwoman.com/2011/04/permanently-fix-words-image-insert-behavior.html read each of the links above through and see if it solves your issue.
