WMP and WHOLE xp computer gone strange

    Hi Everyone and I hope you all have been well

    I have 2 issues

    Question 1, My WMP voice sync is the pits, pictures flops, liz gave me some program for WMP that fixed it once, but that is not changing things for the better anymore, as well sometimes when I hit the full screen arrow in the bottom right corner it shuts all of WMP off/down

    Question 2 my computer is way slow,
    sometimes at turn on it open my documents page
    even going into sites it loads a crude version of a landing page, then rights itself.

    I ran kasperski, but nothing came up, I have avast anti virus free. sp 3
