Wireless connection

    I have dsl , when I connect a wired connection on my laptop I get connected to the internet, but wirelessly it won't connect, what's the problem?

    name brand, model and model number would be helpful as you might need a wireless driver.

    restart the laptop Asked to turn on the Wi Fi and try to connect to the network. open IE and search for www.msn.com but its.open internet settings, clear the browsing history, Turn off the Pop up blocker, ensure that all LAN settings are proper.open IE but issue persist. With guest’s permission reset the IE and asked him to restart the laptop. Turned off the popup blocker in internet settings and guest try to search for www.yahoo.com , able to connected ?
