Hi, hoping someone can help.

I've just bought a Samsung NP-Q1 Tablet from ebay. I need to reinstall the OS (I have the COA for the device) but don't have the original CDS. Can anyone point me in the right direction to download the correct .iso for this device?

any download from the internet is most likely illegal and malware infested, I would contact the manufacturer and see if they can supply you with a rescue cd, or an installation cd.

your user manual online, page 186 has info on reinstall OS, but it appears that Vista was originally installed, what does your coa say, xp or vista??
