Windows XP SP2 with Internet Explorer 8

    Hi all,
    been searching on the web for this solution, and people says it works,
    but i'm not able to install IE8 on my windows xp sp2,
    because the windows update fails,
    but if i install sp3 the windows update works just fine, and also i'm able to installa ie8,
    so is there any way to install IE8 on XP SP2?

    No, and you should have sp3 installed or stay off the internet as your chances of infection are outrageously high.
