Windows XP Home

    I have a friend that has Windows XP on a dual core machine and he keeps having this issue with not boot proper and now he can't excute any files or go online I ran a spyware and antivirus program and everything check out good he doesn't download anything just banking and emails.

    see your previous question on the same issue, and for good measure run the Malwarbytes Antimalwarebytes free version and run it until scans come clean.

    you might be looking at a complete reinstall if an infection has been deeply embedded.

    Thanks for info I ran the free antispyware software but I might run it also thanks
