Windows Xp got damaged

hello , i am new here and i got this serious problem with my pc , i even had to format 3 times and it was the same OS version , i use my pc for gaming and i use gamebooster and i guess that's from where the problem comes , when i turn off my computer when boost mode is on , the next time real player always closes off , i can't terminate processes , skype gets stuck in signing in screen and alot of diffrent problems . i tried to uninstall gamebooster but that didn't fix it . any ideas of how can i fix it :confused:
