Windows XP - Dell Optiplex 755 - Ethernet Driver Installation Error

    I did everything on the page of Dell's instructions for how to install the driver on it's website until "install:step 7." When I typed "C:\DELL\DRIVERS\Rxxxxx" into "run" I got what it seems like a bunch of uncompressed folders instead of on-screen installation instructions. What do I do? Much help appreciated.

    Did you use the dell download manager?? always download from the browser, not the download manager.

    send me a link so I can see what step 7 is.

    I just download dell drivers to my desktop and double click and then run.

    send me the link for instructions and what driver is giving you the problem, thanks
