Hello!
So recently, a program froze. I didn't panic, just opened up Task Manager to force close it. Standard procedure. But, my computer kind of lagged a bit, and now my Task Manager has CPU usage, and CPU usage history, and I can not close it in anyway apart from shut down my computer. I restarted my computer, but the Task Manager is still the same.
