Win XP ( embedded ) Specialist Requested - Will pay$$

Greetings XP community ! I am tryign to find an XP Pro who could help me with a Win XP ( Embedded) software issue. The MB is mounted in a high-end Music Server box. The company is called QSSONIX -QSONIX pix and information They closed in 2012. I have tried to find an x-employee for 8 years with no luck. The music server worked perfectly, except for the Network access until last week. AN app that someone suggested, changed a configuration file during the boot-up, and the box is not seeing its' Library ( Music Files). I took out the HD and put it in another machine. It seems that the program and GUI are all done in SQL ( which I know NOTHING about ..)...

I love this thing and I am willing to pay someone for their time and effort. Thank you all in advance..Please feel free to forward this meesage to any appropriate person.

Cheers,
Mike S.
ALL of the OS files as well as all of the Music files are intact, undamaged.

I could do this for free, as I am in no position to accept payments. Sorry for replying this late, was just going through this forum and saw this. I have a few things to hear before I can help you.
From what I understood, this could be caused by misconfigured config.sql, network.ini, or similar config files. The fix might be simpler than you think. If you could somehow send me your music box's EXACT files I will be very thankful. You could do that via something like wetransfer.com, Anydesk or a quick FTP server on your PC. I can do this for free, but don't expect a deadline.
While reading through your post, I noticed some things:
First of all, the app and GUI CANNOT BE WRITTEN IN SQL. That is just impossible. SQL could be integrated into it though and I have some experience with SQL, GUIs are coded in languages like C++ (which I also have experience with).
Finally, this is a community of passionates. I don't think you need to motivate us with "$$$".
