Will xp live in the future?!

    One way or another it'll still work (via a Microsoft patch or a hack).
    Some years ago Microsoft stated they would make a patch available that removes all copy protection when the activation servers are shut down. Anyone got a link with that statement?

    As long as it does what you need it to do, it will NEVER die. Windows 3.1 may be long obsolete where Microsoft & the public at large are concerned, but there are still a few people out there who use it every day; if it's still doing what they need it to do it isn't obsolete. The same rings true for XP but of course XP is much more powerful than good 'ol 3.1 (which I've always had a soft spot for, I'll admit).
