where to download a legit SP26334.exe?

Hi,
I wasn't able to find SP26334.exe on Microsoft site.
SP26334.exe (KB835221).

HP supplys it but theirs doesn't install on machines that aren't using HP pcs (like mine)
I updated XP but still don't see SP26334.exe (KB835221) under search folders.
I'm looking for legit sites to download it from, not torrents.
