where may i find the Create desktop shortcut dialogue box system file??

Hello XP forum members,

I am recently having a bit of a problem as an "newbie" XP customizer regarding the customization of Windows XP system files (BMPs,ICOs,etc...) ; specifically I would like to know which (Explorer.exe,Shell32.DLL, or ??) XP system file contains the "Create Desktop Shortcut" dialogue box... would appreciate any helpful replies regarding the aforementioned issue...
