Where is this so-called Windows XP source code leak?

More than 2 years ago, they said Windows XP's source code leaked. I tried to find it, so I can compile it into a working OS after i make the changes I want and make WinXP compatible with my software projects.

The problem is that I'm unable to find the source code. Can someone help me? Can someone tell me where the code is uploaded/hosted?

github seems to be your best bet, while doing a search there were multiple hits for xp source code within github.

I found this url which had much of the Microsoft source including msdos6 as well as xp.
