I would just close out the window and see what happens?

Something is running on startup that probably wasn't installed properly.

On your keyboard press the Windows Key + r.

It will bring up the run dialogue.

Type in 'msconfig' and press enter. It will bring up the System Configuration Utility. Click on 'Startup' tab.

Take a screenshot and post it here so we can review which entry is the culprit. Don't change anything, just hit 'Cancel' after you take the screenshot.

disable everything except your antivirus, that is all that I have running on startup and also I have ERUNT that I use instead of system restore.

    restart, did the issue clear"?

if so then reenable one at a time and restart until you find the program giving you the error
