What are the NetworkService and LocalService accounts ...

.....and why do I have internet history in them?I was using an index.dat analyzer and discovered these accounts had their own internet history files with history in them.

I don't ever remember using either of these, or even how to do use them. Could somebody explain to me how this happened?

why they have their own history folder I do not know but that is part of windows. If you run TFC, it will clear all temp type folders.
