I installed wannycry patch for xp and after that my smb services are down. I can not connect to samba share, can not connect to printer on another pc, can not change workgroup (the option is unavailable). Interneter, ssh, works fine. Net use x: \\box\share asks for name and password and then just error nr. 5.

Thank you, if anyone can help.

Yes, trying, thanks, running now for one hour, there was 69% and now there is 55%, its slow, i hope, it will work. Before I even try reinstall xp (with keeping my files and data) and that did not help.

Finally, it was in the registry. In [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\lanmanworkstation] in DependOnService there was:
    bowser
    mrxsmb10
    mrxsmb20
    nsi

After deleted it, all is fine.

glad you found a solution, sometimes checkdisk will take a while depending on fragmentation and size of disk, and the numbers will fluctuate that is okay.
