Or -- and I think this is what you really should do because your problem is likely to be buried pretty deeply -- seek guided malware removal help from one of the specialty forums:
    • Bleeping Computer: Am I infected? What do I do?
    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/forum103.html
    • MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware

    • SpywareHammer: Malware Removal

    • Bluetack: Malware Removal

above are some good sites but be aware that the initial post will probably be 3 to four days due to the load.

or you can attempt to clear it by running the scans below, and what is your current antivirus?

Download, install, update and do full scan with these free malware detection programs:

    Malwarebytes (MBAM): http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free
    SUPERAntiSpyware: (SAS): http://www.superantispyware.com/

Remove all found, reboot, and run again until scans run clean, these can be removed afterwards if you so choose.

This is the typical place - that need a windows XP working from USB - and does work from USB. Now if you want to have it for free go to internet to the BartCD and
get how to make it. It will always be useful when your XP stops. With BartCD you'll
have access to your disk partition NTFS or FAT32 and then you need to know how to fix your XP - use the malware removal to remove the virus !
