User names are numbers, Help!!!!!

Hi...
Every time I try to boot up windows xp, there are a lot of users such as 22061 (various numbers). I have tried running it in safe mode and Last Known Good Config. But that does not help!!!!! What should I do????

have you run a full scan with your antivirus and with malwarebytes free 3.0??

also go to administrative tools/computer management/ local users and groups/users, and disable any accounts except administrator and your name account.
