USB Internet modem cant read sim card in xp

i have beetal's usb dongle/modem and its unable to show network signal but same i insert in another os like windows 7 its regularly read my sim card so please help me, i face same problem before six months ago that time i format my pc and its soved but now i dont want to format it..............please tell me how to solve it

I would go here and ask your question, I do not have any knowledge of your issue.

when you post add the following to your post:
Click Start, Run and in the box enter:

msinfo32

Click OK, and when the System Summary info appears, click Edit, Select All (Ctrl-A), Copy (Ctrl-C) and then paste (Ctrl-V) the information back here in your next reply.
You can edit out any personal information.

and state what your current antivirus is also. Good Luck. :)
