I see "This site cannot provide a secure connection. These errors may occur because you are using an outdated version of Windows. This version does not support modern encryption methods... " when i try to enter a few sites, with 2 or 3 browsers i have on an XP machine.
    Can i bypass that?

You will get this error when connecting to websites with browsers that rely on Windows XP's security certificates for TLS encryption. You didn't mention which browsers or sites you were using but you will get this error when using IE or any Chrome browser in XP.

Use Firefox, New Moon, My Pal, Centaury or Serpent browsers - those use their own internal certificates and will work with websites that rely on newer TLS encryption.
