I keep deleting this empty subfolder of a folder sitting on my desktop, but every time I restart windows it gets recreated.
I looked by path and name in registry, startup folder, msconfig, autoexec.bat, searched drives and I cannot find what creates this subfolder. I even used Process Monitor and (if I used it correctly) found nothing.

Can you help me find the ...perpetrator? :)

    Thanks

It would be helpful it you provided the name of the folder that keeps getting re-created otherwise we are left scratching our heads. Something in your startup/services is the culprit.

MSCONFIG is very basic, you need something like autoruns which gives you complete detail of all startup programs and services.
