Click Start, Run and in the box enter:

msinfo32

Click OK, and when the System Summary info appears, click Edit, Select All (Ctrl-A), Copy (Ctrl-C) and then paste (Ctrl-V) the information back here in your next reply.
You can edit out any personal information.

go here and select the far left button for the site to determine your pc, then look for drivers, specifically the ethernet or NIC, this is your network adaptor and you need this to connect to the internet.

actually, what your picture shows is other devices, what program is your imaging device?

I will have to find that manufacturers website, most have the capability to download software since you have lost the cd.

 

the other problem i have to is that i have WiFi at my house but the computer can not find it / does not give me the option to. thanks for that website i got some info of that thanks. have u found the other website yet

 

I need the name of the device, in device manager, right click and select properties, in there on one of the tabs should be manufacturer and driver version, this is what I need.

at asus support ask what is need to set up wifi on your pc, look in your services and insure that wifi service is turned on, and in help and support type in search bar how to set up wifi.

when i right click and select properties nothing comes up

 

what exactly are you right clicking on?

right click on the device for example expand other devices, and then highlight one of the ones with the yellow warning, and right click on that.

 

what menu do you get when you right click, if you have a choice to uninstall, then do so and restart, if a device is there then windows will find it and try to install

 

when i right click nothing comes up. i am starting to think of just setting it back to factory setting but i don't know if i can do that because i don't have the CD

 

do you get any menu on the other items in device manager, even the ones without an error, is it blank for all?

 

I deleted/uninstall the ones with ! And restarted the computer and this popped up ( photo attached) I don't have or know what cd it is asking for

read both of these, you either have to uninstall manually or it is an infection
