Themes aren't working! Please help

    When i want to change my theme, i have a list and all that, i select it, and preview picture changes, but if i click on OK, nothing changes, only my wallpaper. Do i have to use theme patcher or something? If yes, please send me a link, its SP3. :( Thanks...
