Themes and Appearance

    In "Display Properties", I set my Theme to "Windows Classic", and "Appearance" to "Windows Classic style", but every time I restart, the "Theme" setting appears as "Windows Classic (Modified)", which seems OK, but the "Appearance" setting always goes back to "Windows XP style". What's up with that?
