System cannot even enter the boot F2

Hi guys, how is everyone? so, I am having a problem with my pc a little time so far but he always works normal or didnt enter and says something about 'operating system not found' but today when I go to the boot and put the option, I choose some option to go faster but when I re-set the computer all that says is



How can I resolve this? what are my options? thank you

 

#1 Press F2 and hold (press F2, before you push power button)
#2 Then push the power on button
#3 You shuld see screen Logo "Toshiba leading inovation" (now can relese F2)
#4 Stop holding F2 button
