Suddenly, almost no pages will load.

  1. Today, almost no webpages are loading for me no matter what browser I use except IE, but then there are other pages that don't work, not even Youtube videos load, just a playback error.

    is your internet connection saying " limited connection? "

    was it working before you did the patch you mentioned in your other post?

  3. Yeah, but I also undid the patch and still nothing.
    Not saying limited connection.

  4. Finally managed to fix this, I had to update my wifi driver, I did reinstall it before, but that was an older version, it even works with the patch.

    I dumped my wy fry for health reasons, and found two things

    wire is faster
    My router needs to be reset after many thunder storms.

  7. If it was a desktop I'd be using wired, however, I am using a laptop in this case.

    I have not used wireless for my laptops at home for years, I have a cat5 cable from the router 'dangling' off the desk for laptop use.
