Another old texture app in tile fashion it defaults to 256x256 but you can go way larger... I like it alot great way to waste time as you apply processes yourself you can also import images as a starting point....
Has a cool 'scroll' command so you can scroll your tile then output each segment like to make a GIF... It also has option to have GIF transparency on save dialog you choose it from a palette of colors in the image... In this case I did not-
I varied the light intensity with each save plus saturation & contrast...
This used to be 'HarmsTile'... Pretty cool seems endless nice thing is there's many undos... You can draw your stuff too with many different draw modes...

I showed this to a friend some years ago & he wanted to try it then said it was 'perfect' for what he was doin' (game tile stuff)...
