steam in 2021?

possible? the november 26 build i dont think works anymore as ive tried it, any other solutions anyone has come up with yet?
 
I'm still new here so I'm not fully sure I'm correct but I believe you can go on archives.org and find an old snapshot of the steam website and download it, I've also heard that you cannot buy new games, only download ones that you own already. I'm testing this out in a bit so I'll get back here and let you know what I come up with

it doesnt work but if you scroll down into the comments theres a tutorial, worked fine
