Startup - Get rid of Password Window???

    I'm right here!
    I'm trying to get rid of the password window at start up.

    I was able to get rid of the password itself where all you have to do is hit "Enter" to proceed with start up,.

    But I'd like to have Windows XP Pro start up on it's own without this password box coming up and the need to hit enter.

    Any idea how to accomplish this?
