shut down windows

    my shut down windows box is this:

    Help me for return to default windows shut down windows box.

    Go to Start, click Control Panel and double click on User Accounts, and then click Change the way subscribe and unsubscribe and then Tick the Use the Welcome screen and then click on Apply and then options Try to stop the system
