Secrets Of Grindea not working anymore.

I updated my Secrets Of Grindea game to v0.949a and it's stopped working on Windows XP.

Took the developers long enough, but it seems it's not supporting Windows XP anymore. Does anyone know a workaround for this?

It was one of my favorite games under development. Guess it was unavoidable, I mean, they're still developing it after 9 years. It pisses me off that the game was running like butter on Windows XP and then they do this.
 
Hi. I tried that a few days ago, but I doubt they'll do something about it. Years ago I asked them to add a way to keep aspect ratio in fullscreen and it was never implemented.
