Received my hard drive replacement form China after 2 months & while it’s better I feel it’s lacking

It’s better than an hard drive but the writing side of things is lacking a bit. The reading side is okay and I’m usually gonna use this as a media pc. I just want to see if there’s a better 3.5 inch IDE hard drive replacement

Kind of sketchy I'd say. a 'not normal' method of power supply.
