Program Files keeps opening at Startup

    How can I stop the Program Files from opening at Startup?

    Also, does anyone know where I can download a Windows XP ISO?

    Start > Run>type in msconfig and click ok

    do you see c:\program files listed??

    if so uncheck and restart

    did it go away??

    go to control panel folder options and disable
    (restore previous folder windows at logon)
