Possible to flip screen upside down with XP Embedded?

    I have an XP Embedded machine I'm using to make a teleprompter and it would be convenient to slip the screen using Ctrl + Alt + Arrow keys but that isn't doing anything. Is it only on compatible graphics hardware or something? Thanks.

    If this is XP POS or I think that's XP Embedded the it's like 7 where if you right click on the desktop, choose screen resolution (or screen something), then choose the rotation. You might have to go through a few menus, then just choose the rotation.
