There is a newish PAP but it does not run on XP & an associate also indicated that when you install the new version it asks for an activation code...
The old PAP 4 was full-free works on XP just fine but one has to get it off the wayback machine-

When you install it has projects that install too, You gotta install a 'Load' icon onto the main toolbar to load them in like so-
