    I'm a fogie (at 46). I have a Samsung Gravity 2, and since I have no need for a data plan, I like it still.

    HTC Desire 'C' It is very tiny for a smartphone. Something that I do miss: can't scan QR codes as cam lacks auto-focus or something like that.

    addendum^^^

    The time for renewal is coming up. Having to put on charger at noticeably smaller intervals now.

    Will watch this thread with interest, should anyone have any recommendations. When I bought the above, I searched in vain online to see if I could find a guide to choosing smartphone based upon intended use. Will now look again. but please tell me if you know of such.
