PDF to JPG/ BMP convertor program wanted

So I have looked and found nothing! even my adobe photo shop elements 3.0 wont open a PDF and I cant find an xp 32 bit GIMP program either

So anyone any surgestions please?

From time to time I've used pdf24-creator-8.0.4.exe to extract pages from Pdf files that my Adobe reader 9.4 cannot read, have also been known to view a Pdf on line and screen shot it with Paint shop pro 5.
