Outlook EXPRESS doesnt open HELP!

    So i opened OE6 TODAY AND I GET AN ERROR saying it cant display the OE Home Page.I wanted to send an EMAIL and it said NOT ENOUGH MeMORY after that i closed OE IT COULD NOT OPEN :(
