Not Network After refresh Installment

After I install Windows XP from a CD on a Dell Dimension 4600, a few things are not right such as nonadjustable monitor resolution. More importantly, the network isn't connected. I have the old PC with a dual boot setup. The Linux installment has both wired and wireless networks. So, the network on XP problem isn't due to the hardware. Without a network connection, Windows XP is useless. I have done some research on the subject. The network part of my XP installment is different from others for some reason. I attach a couple of screenshots to illustrate the problem.

Thanks very much for your help in advance.

go to device manager and see if there are any yellow exclamation points, this will tell you that you need dell drivers, irregardless of whether linux works or not.

After you do a clean install of Windows XP SP3 32-bit in that Dell Dimension 4600 desktop, you need to install the drivers for its primary devices (chipset, graphics, audio, ethernet, etc.).

There are a few exclamation points. I try to install it with the Dell Dimension ResourceCD in the CD-ROM drive. It can't find it although I can hear the CD-ROM drive spinning. The other option is to find it online. Since the PC isn't connected, the option doesn't work.

A solution is to find it online on another PC and save it on a UBS for installment, I guess. But, what are their names and right versions?

Using the PC service tag, I download seven network drivers. I am able to install some of them. The network connection is up and I can ping successfully. Internet Explorer doesn't work properly, however. I get either blank page or unable to load the page error. I attach the output of ipconfig to this message. I notice that the internet connection is marked as disabled. I right-click enable and get a message "connected". The internet connection is still marked as disabled. (I can't get one more screenshot uploaded for some reason)

Internet Explorer 8 is the most current browser that comes in Windows XP SP3 32-bit.
It's extremely outdated, so websites will no longer load and work in it.
You need to install and use a third-party browser that will load websites.
The MyPal 29.1.0 browser supports Windows XP SP3 32-bit and will work fine.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I have tried to install 32-bit Brave browser. It can't find a file to process the installment. I will try mypal.

UPDATE:

I get MyPal installed. It, however, won't run due to the same cause as Brave. They need DecodePoint Kernel32.dll which is in SP2.

After installing the SP3. MyPal works. I am able to download some drivers. Screen resolution is fixed. I will try to get Internet Explorer 8 installed so that any missing drivers can be detected.

internet explorer 8 is only for updates to xp, any drivers missing should be gotten from dells website at the link given by flavallee.

To my knowledge, only the Internet Explorer can identify the Dell PC on the Dell website. The browser doesn't run smoothly on the box which is Windows XP + SP 3. The PC identification isn't running. Any other browsers can do the same task so that I don't need to find out any missing drivers manually one by one?
