Not able to transfer files from Android 6.0 Marshmallow into pc

    When I connect my Android to the pc,the pc show only windows media player to take action.The folder of the Android also not appearing in the my computer section.
    I am not able transfer files with windows media player .
    Please help me.

    Look on your phone for a menu, it should give you 3-4 choices, charge only, MTP, mount as a drive..

    select mount as a drive.

    Well that sucks. there are some cases where the vendor disables these options. Why don't you see what other people are saying about your model phone and there may a workaround.
