No video with supported format and MIME type found

When I attempt to play an online tube video the image appears, but it will not run.
After googling "No video with supported format and MIME type found," I decided
to post at this forum. It seems like your browser, operating system, media player,
or a combination of two or three might be the cause of this problem.

I'm sure there are XP users that have resolved this problem. If you have a solution,
please let me know.
