My partner just installed extra memory on his pc (he uses xp) and now the sound has gone completely! Does anyone know how to fix this? Please help, we can't afford to send it into a shop.

Ooops posted in wrong section of forum, sorry... Reposted in Help and support. Thanks

    Remove last installed Ram chip:
    See if Sound comes back
Is it a laptop or PC?
