Mount Windows XP SP3 ISO and install from ISO from WinXP

Has anyone found a way to Mount the Windows XP SP3 ISO while inside Windows XP on a physical machine and been able to install from the mounted ISO?
 
This would make the install faster, but you won't be able to partition or format during setup. Executing Setup from a mounted ISO is the same as simply copying the CD files to a folder on your hard drive.
