Missing Ports(COM/LPT) Driver.

    I have Lenovo X230 Tablet with Windows XP SP3. I need to do some changes to COM1 in device managers but I noticed it was missing. I did install all the required drivers. Does that have anything to do with the laptop model or just a missing driver ? Below is an image from google to show the missing driver. Thank you.

    What do you need to change? You usually need to make changes in your BIOS.
