Maximum Hard drive size for WinXP?

I was trying to install a couple of 3TB hard drives into my XP computer the other day, but it kept showing the wrong size when XP was trying to configure it.
When I looked up the specs on the Windows XP operating system, it said that it only recognize hd's of 2TB or less.

Does anyone know of a third party driver/utility that will allow xp to recognize hard drives larger than that?

There is a 2TB limit, but only as a bot up main drive, Windows XP will only see hard drive 2TB or less.
External drives are NOT affected with this limitations!
